With a passion for mental wellness, I pursued a masters degree from Winthrop University, and graduated in 2012 with a Master of Education, Counseling & Development. I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in Charlotte, NC and provide virtual services to individuals residing in North and South Carolina.
As a mental health therapist and advocate, I hold the belief that individuals possess the capacity for change, and that therapy and coaching can provide the necessary tools to facilitate and support a purposeful life. I see our sessions as a collaborative journey, emphasizing an individualized approach, incorporating mind, body, and spirit.
It is my desire to offer a nonjudgmental environment that provides support, encouragement, and practical skills.
